INFORMATION FOR BIRDERS:

Overlooking the valley at the bottom of the farm is a majestic cliff-face that has been the home for a breeding pair of Verreaux eagles for many decades. Originally named Aasvoelkop, we assume that the eagles moved in when the vultures left! We are enthralled by them daily as they swoop overhead. Many other species abound having a wide range of habitat.
