The house has got a lovely Sparkling Pool and Entertainment Area with Sliding doors leading out from the Living Room onto the Patio where you may enjoy a sun downer or BBQ/Braai with family and friends while watching the children having fun in the Pool! You will simply experience the true tranquillity of the quiet and Serene Garden together with an Abundance of Bird Life in and around the house. An enclosed Jungle Gym with slide is provided at the back of house for the little ones to play on.
The Main Bedroom has a Queen Bed with an En-Suite Bathroom (Shower only). The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd Bedroom has two Single Beds which can also be made into a King-Size Bed for a couple. All Bedrooms are Air-Conditioned. The Second Bathroom has a Bath and a Shower. The house has a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, comfortable Lounge Area with Air-conditioner, DSTV Hotel Package with 28 channels as well as a DVD Player. The house is Serviced Daily. Free WIFI Internet Access and Parking with 2 garages available. Two additional Sleeper Couches are provided in the sun / reading room.

Wetland-dependent species that occur include Black Heron, African Openbill, African Pygmy Goose, Long-toed Lapwing, African Grass Owl and Marsh Owl to name a few. Swampy backwaters with overhanging vegetation are home to the White-backed Night Heron, African Finfoot and Pel’s Fishing Owl.

With over 520 bird species recorded in iSimangaliso Wetland Park, the area is a perfect bird watching destination. The area supports a rich diversity of habitats, which in turn attracts a diversity of bird communities. Birds using these habitats range from permanent residents to tropical and altitudinal migrants, regional nomads and long-distance migrants. Lake St Lucia is one of the most important breeding areas for waterbirds in South Africa and one of the main features of Lake St Lucia… the main reason why Lake St Lucia has been awarded the status of a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance. The numbers and diversity of waterbirds vary considerably in response to environmental changes.
Wetland Park, The open floodplain and flooded grassland areas with dunes hold Short-tailed Pipit, Black-rumped Buttonquail, Swamp Nightjar, Black Coucal, Rosy-throated Longclaw, Southern Brown-throated Weaver and African Marsh Harrier.
